Have you been craving unhealthy foods that you shouldn’t be craving?
Well for one thing, there is nothing wrong with craving, as long as there is control enforced. Why is it always the foods that taste amazing the bad ones for us? And the foods that are good for our health barely have any flavor? Well folks, if I had a reasonable answer I would hand it to you. The answers are there but in reality we have to accept what we have to go through.

Try balancing your choice of foods and maintain yourself active. Have yourself a good breakfast, then have a portioned meal for lunch, your choice! When you hit dinner try not to eat past six, and enjoy another portioned meal, your choice! Try to exercise everyday, if not work out two or three times a week for an hour or two. The key to nutty eating is being active. Health is always going to have its risks, try to move around that digestive system doing something you like that is active related. I know there are plenty of us that have a hard time getting on a treadmill, but we have to fight our don’ts and do what is best for us. Not only do we look good when we work out what we have in our stomachs, you can also feel good about your health.
If you pick up a slice of pizza, try having a low fat yogurt for desert. If you had pizza two days ago and your craving it, try having a small bowl of cereal or fruits. Now if your cravings still don’t disappear, remind yourself that you’re trying to reach a goal. Goals can be like wanting to maintain your figure, or lose weight, etc. Setting goals for yourself is a beneficial choice to make. You can go nuts, and you can eat well, the choice is all up to you.
Show your friends and family that anything is possible. Jump outside the box and build your own wall against unwanted choices. Spice up your daily taste with healthy ingredients and craving desires. Run a mile after breaking the rules, running is one of the most recommended exercising techniques for women. If you don’t know what exercising techniques you should do, ask a friend or a family member. Or you can simply register at a gym near you. Basically, go nutty for nutty foods and feel good about yourself.
Now, if you are really concerned with foods affecting your skin, try having fruits. Fruits that are good for your skin would be, strawberries, blackberries, plums, and blueberries. You also want to stick to low fat dairy products. Vitamin A is your best bet!
If you have a lot of irritation towards your skin eating foods you should not be eating, the best thing to do is to stay away from those foods. If you have any concerns about your skin reacting towards certain foods, you should see a doctor. Meanwhile eat something healthy and filling that won’t affect your skin.
Eat well, go nuts and be happy!
